Socrates Saldarriaga

Socrates has been in Real Estate since 2003 in Colorado helping families to buy and sell their houses. Socrates graduated from The IUPM in 1987 to become a Police Officer in Panama and serve the community . After Socrates move to Colorado in 1998, he got his licenses in Real Estate and started working with families in their needs in Real Estate. Socrates has worked with many families always showing his highest commitment and determination to accomplish the goal of the client; from buying REO or HUD homes properties to selling in short sale process or a regular sale . Socrates works with the clear and deep intention of helping his client to reach their goal no matter how difficult that may be . Socrates worked for over year in the field of lending so his knowledge of the mortgage process allows him to provide extra support to the Buyer. In the previous 4 years he has been in the field of remodeling properties, a tool that allows the client as Seller or Buyer to take advantage of the vast network of people that have worked with Socrates. Today, Socrates continues to work in the business of buying and selling homes, and maintains a high level of service to the customer in the Denver Metro area.
