Located just east of the Denver Botanic Gardens, the neighborhood features easy access to Cherry Creek and downtown and is within walking distance of public amenities including a neighborh ood art cinema and bookstore, parks, and a popular outdoor swimming pool. Gorgeous brick bungalows and Denver Squares are the norm, and in particular, homes along historic Seventh Avenue Parkway are beautifully maintained and much sought after. Although primarily a quiet, residential neighborhood, it features a scattering of small, charming retail areas with boutique shops and casual eateries.
