Randy was so helpful in the purchase of my new home. I was living out of state while working with him and he was so accommodating and flexible in terms of making himself available when I was in town. He also has a ton of knowledge with respect to market trends and neighborhoods in the Denver area. He also was able to set me up with contractors to do work on the home before I even moved in and he made all of the arrangements for me, which was a huge help!
