Diana Kearns

Diana has been active in Colorado Real Estate since the 1990s, and loves experienced and first-time home buyers and sellers as well as relocation clients. She's also very experienced in helping our home Buyers and Sellers navigate the Affordable Housing and Income Qualified Housing programs within Central Park and other Denver neighborhoods. New Construction and developing neighborhoods are a passion of hers! Diana's held the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP), along with an EcoBroker designation. She's also previously held the Certified Mountain Area Specialist (CMAS) after completing its training requirements. Along with her husband Michael they are active in Colorado's vibrant craft beer and Mini auto club, and have owned the Stapleton Tap House, a neighborhood craft beer bar in Denver, CO.
